Free and open to students, staff, and faculty. Come as you are - no experience is required. Please wear comfortable athletic shoes. FIrst-time participants receive a t-shirt (while supplies last) and a voucher to participate in continuing Recreation and Wellness programming.

October 19 - Pop Cardio
October 26 - Fitness Walking
November 2 - Dance Break
November 9 - Reggae Cardio
November 16 - Hip Hop Fitness
November 30 - Dance Break - How to Swing Dance
