"Netiquette" is the title of the second of six "Success in 6" Workshops hosted by the College of Arts and Sciences.

This workshop focuses etiquette for the internet. Once it is on the internet, it lives forever! With social media and technology being the preferred way to share information, it is important to lern how this can be an advantage and/or disadvantage. Come learn how to use proper "netiquette" when using any and every technology platform. 

The Success in 6 Academic Success Workshops are designed to provide students with an interactive experience to enhance their academic learning. Workshops are organized by topic and designed to meet the damands of college-level academics. Additional workshops are planned Aug. 30, Sept. 11, Sept. 19, Sept. 25 and Oct. 3.

Bowling Green State University (BGSU) has built their website around the Standards of the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) 5 and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).  The website was built in compliance with the accessibility standards established by section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and detailed in section 1194.22 of the Code of Federal Regulations, “Web-based intranet and internet information and applications” (https://www.section508.gov/).
