Participants can expect an engaging keynote presentation, interactive sessions, networking opportunities, inspiring discussions, and collaborative learning.
The theme for this year’s Summit is “Forward: The Future of Teaching & Learning.” Aligning with BGSU’s Strategic Plan, “Forward.”, this year’s Summit will envision what teaching excellence and student success looks like in the university classroom of the future. The keynote speech, “AI for Humanity: Artificial Intelligence, Higher Education, and the Public Good,” delivered by Dr. Betsy Barre, Ph.D., the Executive Director of the Center for the Advancement of Teaching at Wake Forest University, will reflect on the practical and ethical implications of AI use in teaching and learning.
