This event is hosted by BGSU Great Lakes and Watershed Studies, Department of Biology and Campus Sustainability. The movie screening starts at 7 p.m., but light hor d'oeuvres will be served beforehand and the movie will be followed by a panel discussion with faculty members. "The Erie Situation" explores the confluence of science, public sentiment, politics and the powerful farming lobby as Ohio wrestles with how to confront the drivers of toxic algea in one of the Great Lakes.
