Virtual EventHave you thought about flipping your classroom, but didn’t know where to start? This session will help you plan one lesson for “flipping” and show how you can use assessment to design classroom activities to enhance student learning. Come prepared with a class in mind, or you can learn from what the presenter has already done in her class, as we will be doing hands-on activities throughout the session. Whether you have already started changing your classroom or are just in the beginning stages, you will learn something new.
Learning Objectives:
-Record a lecture and post to Canvas for asynchronous student lectures;
- Produce a quiz in Canvas for assessment of learning material for future classroom activities;
-Create alternative activities for engaged learning and authentic learning experiences based on prior learning materials posted to Canvas.
