In this flipped professional development session, participants will be asked to watch the NCFDD’s webinar: Turning Chutes into Ladders for Women Faculty: A Roadmap to Equity in Academia before 1pm on February 9th.  (The webinar will be available beginning at 2:00 PM on January 26th). On February 9th at 1:30 pm, BGSU registrants will convene remotely to engage in a meaningful discussion session to reflect on key points, connect the content to our campus, and brainstrom ways to make academia more equitable at BGSU and beyond.
