Turning Point USA at BGSU is a nonpartisan political student organization on campus that promotes limited government, free markets, and capitalism. Our organization strives to create healthy dialogues on campus around these conversations that educate and engage students. We are proud to bring Jaco Booyens to campus to talk about sex trafficking. Jaco Booyens is an ex-pro rugby player from South Africa, who became an advocate against sex trafficking after personal experiences with it. He is the director of the movie 8 Days which discusses the reality sex trafficking in the United States. His speech will cover the topics discussed in that movie, as well as the over arching theme of the dangers of sex trafficking.
