For staff who wish to refresh their knowledge of the basics of supervision.
This initial course offers a basic overview of the roles and responsibilities of being an effective supervisor at Bowling Green State University. Upon completion of this course, staff and faculty will be equipped to understand their role as a supervisor, learn best practices for delegating, communicating and supervising effectively, identify key characteristics and behaviors of effective and influential supervisors, as well as how to invest in personal and professional development for themselves and their staff members.

About the Supervisor Skills Professional Development Series
