Mental Well-Being Skills: Burnout Prevention & Recovery  

Fri Feb 14 & 21, Mar 21 & 28 | 9:30 – 10 am  | Virtual via Zoom 

These free, virtual, 30-minute sessions are open to all faculty, staff, and students. Learn how to prevent and respond to burnout using mindful self-compassion. This program is based on the book Mindful Self-Compassion for Burnout, and all participants will receive a free copy of the book!
