Tessa Hayes will give participants the opportunity to engage in the creative process to explore art-making as a tool for embodied experience of self-expression, self-regulation, and healing. Doing this hard work in a supportive community space fosters conversations that facilitate connection crucial in continuing the work needed to bring about collective change.
