Engage in a dialogue about what steps we can take to overcome the divisions in our country to work together to achieve the politic system that we envision. This event will begin with a panel discussion among Professors Dr. David Jackson, Dr. Brandon Warmke, and Dr. Hrishikesh Joshi who will provide their perspectives on the insurrection at the Capitol and recommendations for how the Bowling Green community can advocate for justice and reconciliation. Participants will then engage in small group dialogues following a discussion guide from the National Issues Forums to discuss possible strategies to overcome divisions and work toward collaboration across differences. All participants will receive a special gift for their participation.
