DESCRIPTION:Winter Wheat is a  festival of creative writing workshops\, rea
 dings\, book fair\, and open mic. The opening event is a reading by F. Dan
 iel Rzicznek\, author of Settlers\, a collection of poetry (Free Verse Edi
 tions/Parlor Press\, 2018). His recent poetry has appeared in West Branch\
 , Colorado Review\, Willow Springs\, Adroit Journal\, The Collagist\, and 
 elsewhere. He teaches at BGSU\, where he also serves as director of the cr
 eative writing program.\n\nThe festival continues Friday and Saturday\; mo
 st of those events are at the Bowen-Thompson Student Union. See the calend
