Join us weekly for a period of zazen (or “seated meditation”), a meditative practice that encourages mental discipline, awareness of breath, and cultivating an ability to observe thoughts and emotions without judgment. Zazen encourages living in harmony with the way things are in the present moment and learning to look directly at life “as it is.” Instruction provided and no previous experience necessary.

Classes every Wednesday this semester starting 2/4/26 except for the week of spring break on 3/4/26.
