All Group X classes are FREE during finals week. Classes are first come, first serve and are held at the Student Recreation Center. A SRC membership is not required in order to participate in Group X classes. Yoga as You Are

In addition to the physical health benefits of exercise, regular physical activity can positively impact your brain function, boost your mood, and help reduce stress, along with many other enhancements to mental health. Join us for these fun, low-impact movement sessions.  Available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:10 – 12:50 PM in Jerome Library Room 142 Registration is not required. Weekly PAWS therapy dog visit at Jerome Library during the Fall 2024 semester!  Wednesdays from 4–5 p.m. | Market at Jerome  No study hours Nov. 27.
