The Falcon Career Showcase is a premier spring career fair designed to help students and alumni explore career paths, build professional networks and connect directly with recruiters across a wide range of industries. Hosted by the Kuhlin Career Hub at Bowling Green State University, this one-day talent and recruiting showcase creates a dynamic environment that goes beyond traditional hiring.
Open to all majors, the Falcon Career Showcase brings together employers and candidates in a collaborative setting that bridges the gap between potential and real-world opportunity.

How to Prepare:
To get the most out of your experience, students are encouraged to register on Career Forge and download the Career Fair Plus app. A live list of employers and an interactive floor map will be available approximately two weeks before the event, helping you plan your conversations and maximize your time.
