Take a moment to reset during our Yoga Day in the Teaching and Learning Center conference room (230 North) on Thursday, April 23rd, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This come-and-go experience invites students to unwind with guided yoga videos and calming meditative music throughout the day as part of DeStress Fest. This space is designed for you to slow down and reconnect. Yoga mats and beverages will be provided, so just bring yourself and a willingness to breathe, move, and relax. Welcome to the F.O.L.D., (Falcons of the Last Decade), a special alumni community celebrating and staying connected with our recent graduates. We hope you can join us for this champagne toast in celebration of YOU and all you have accomplished during your time as a BGSU student.
