Who Is Mitch Kroll
Mitch Kroll is an entrepreneur, Investor, CEO/Start-up Coach. Mitch has spent his career focused on building great teams to accomplish extraordinary results.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Bowling Green State University, Mitch’s career started in the corporate world at Raytheon Company in Boston then transitioned to an entrepreneurial journey after receiving his MBA with Distinction from Babson College, the perennial #1 ranked program in the U.S. for Entrepreneurship.
Returning home to Cleveland, Mitch joined the rapidly accelerating Matrix Essentials as Director of Operations where he learned the entrepreneurial playbook from legendary founders Arnie & Sydell Miller.
After Matrix was sold to Bristol Myers Squibb, Mitch’s first venture was his acquisition of a local foodservice distribution company which he exited to a key supplier after triple digit annual revenue growth during each of its initial 5 years under his leadership.
In 2004, Mitch co-founded Findaway, a digital media start-up. As CEO & Chairman of the Board, Mitch led Findaway to become the world’s largest digital audiobook technology and distribution platform powering over 100 million hours of audiobook listening annually with partners including Apple, Google, Audible, Scribd, Barnes & Noble and more. Findaway became the industry’s most strategically integrated audiobook company and was acquired by Spotify in 2022 as the cornerstone of their global audiobook
ambitions.
Mitch is currently a CEO Coach and remains actively involved in the start-up world. He is in the process of publishing his first book, Jumping from Cliffs, Finding a Way to Your Greatness where his deepest passion lies in sharing his Playbook from a remarkable career and life journey.
