Workshops and Classes
The Life Design Leadership Certificate (LDLC) is a program that will help you develop the mindsets and tools necessary to live a meaningful, purpose-driven life as a leader on campus and beyond. This certificate, offered by the C. Raymond Marvin Center for Student Leadership and Civic Engagement and the Radbill Center for College and Life Design, will help participants build confidence navigating an unknown future and make meaningful contributions to their community and organization. This certificate will build on the Life Design framework to empower you to enhance your personal and leadership development. The dates for LDLC are March 18th, March 25th and April 1st. Each session takes place from 7:00 to 8:30pm. This is a three-part series. Participants should plan on attending all three Wednesday sessions to receive the certificate. Past activities have included: Quick exercises to spark curiosity Tools to help reframe your perspective Lighthearted games Giveaways to celebrate being a Falcon Pop-up events are designed to bring joy, connect and support your college journey. Whether you're looking for a fun study break, new tools for success or a quick sweet treat, the Radbill Center has something for you! Stop by and see what surprises await.

Study Nights in the RAD

Need a location to study with your friends? Want to work on a group project? Or just want to be around other students to hold yourself accountable? Take action by coming to study in the Radbill Center on Wednesday nights from 6-8pm. These study sessions will be hosted by Life Design Student Ambassadors who bring fun energy to long study nights! Study Nights in the Rad begin January 29th and continue until April 23rd. Snacks will be provided! The Radbill Center, known as the RAD, is a space for all students to find their place on campus. With a coffee (and tea and hot chocolate) station, along with tables and comfortable seating, the RAD is a great place to hang out, study, work on group projects or relax! Open 8 am - 9 pm Monday - Thursday, and 8 am - 5 pm on Friday. For questions, please email lifedesign@bgsu.edu or call 419-372-5533.
