The Power of Acceptance: You Can Always Get Unstuck Join us as BGSU alum Nichole Hood shares the importance of acceptance and how accepting our circumstances can help us get unstuck and take forward action. She will also share how you can reframe challenges into opportunities. Life Design at BGSU had a large influence on who Nichole has become and helped her figure out who she wanted to be. Now completing her master’s program at Wright State University to become a Licensed Professional Counselor, she continues to prioritize these mindsets in her own path forward. Nichole is also currently a Mental Health Technician at Premier Health, where she continues to grow in her path forward. A fiesta buddet will be served at 6pm. Questions? Life Design Leadership Certificate Series

Workshops and Classes
The Life Design Leadership Certificate (LDLC) is a program that will help you develop the mindsets and tools necessary to live a meaningful, purpose-driven life as a leader on campus and beyond. This certificate, offered by the C. Raymond Marvin Center for Student Leadership and Civic Engagement and the Radbill Center for College and Life Design, will help participants build confidence navigating an unknown future and make meaningful contributions to their community and organization. This certificate will build on the Life Design framework to empower you to enhance your personal and leadership development. The dates for LDLC are March 18th, March 25th and April 1st. Each session takes place from 7:00 to 8:30pm. This is a three-part series. Participants should plan on attending all three Wednesday sessions to receive the certificate.
