Free Yoga As You Are at the Library

<p>In addition to the physical health benefits of exercise, regular physical activity can positively impact your brain function, boost your mood, and help reduce stress, along with many other enhancements to mental health. Join us for these fun, low-impact movement sessions. </p> <ul> <li>January 22 – April 30| No class during Spring Break, March 3 & 5 </li> <li>Available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:10 – 12:50 PM in the Jerome Library, Room 142  </li> <li>Registration is not required.
