<p><b>Mental Well-Being Skills: Burnout Prevention & Recovery  </b></p> <p>Fri Feb 14 & 21, Mar 21 & 28 | 9:30 – 10 am  | Virtual via Zoom </p> <p>These free, virtual, 30-minute sessions are open to all faculty, staff, and students. Learn how to prevent and respond to burnout using mindful self-compassion.
