Take a break, find calm and explore hidden gems across the BGSU campus. Hosted by the Office of Health and Wellness, this FREE summer series invites students, faculty, staff and community members to discover unique campus locations while engaging in guided mindfulness activities. Each week features a new destination known for either its engaging activities or soothing environment. Whether you’re looking to relax, connect with others or simply see something new, Mindfulness Mondays are a refreshing way to start your week with intention. _____________________________ PROGRAM SCHEDULE All sessions are one hour long. Come to one or all! Select "I'm interested" to receive event reminders. June 16, 10 a.m. – Marine Biology Touch Tank June 23, 11 a.m. – Planetarium Show June 30, 11 a.m. – Herpetarium July 7, 9:30 a.m. – Campus Walk July 14, 9:30 a.m. – Greenhouse and Herbarium _____________________________ HOW TO ATTEND No registration is required – just show up ready to participate. Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking. Meet outside the front entrance of the Student Recreation Center 15 minutes before the event start time to walk together as a group. _____________________________ WHO SHOULD ATTEND? These programs open to ALL BGSU students, faculty, staff and members of the surrounding community. Whether you're new to mindfulness or already have a practice, everyone is welcome. _____________________________

Join us for these fun, low-impact movement sessions.  Registration is not required.
